Hi, I’m Lorin Horosz, an experienced real estate marketer with a track record of delivering exceptional results for over 15 years, encompassing more than 60 new residential developments and real estate portfolios valued at over $5 Billion.
As the founder of Uptick Strategic Advisors, my passion lies in crafting tailor-made marketing programs and creative campaigns that help real estate developers, investors and brokers achieve their business goals. This includes projects ranging from new construction residential properties to distinctive resorts to luxury listings.
Before starting Uptick Strategic Advisors, I held senior marketing roles at Polaris Pacific and Grosvenor Americas, leading marketing teams and working with renowned developers and creative talent across a variety of real estate segments.
